Inviting women who long to feel safe in sisterhood again.

Healing the Sister Wound

A Weekend Retreat for Women

November 14-16, 2025

Why this retreat?

This sacred weekend retreat is for women who have lost friendships or female relationships on their healing journey—or have always struggled to cultivate deep, nourishing connections with other women.

Whether you’ve experienced betrayal, competition, comparison, or a sense of never truly belonging in spaces with other women, you’re not alone. Many of us carry unspoken grief around the loss of sisterhood, woven into our lineage, lived experiences, and nervous systems. This retreat is a gentle yet powerful reclamation—a space to honor those wounds, move through the pain, and open to a new paradigm of authentic, soul-aligned connection.

Over the course of this immersive weekend, you will be held in a container of safety, vulnerability, and sacred ceremony. Through guided somatic healing, ritual, storytelling, sound journeys, and constellation work, you’ll begin to:

  • Grieve and release old sisterhood wounds and past betrayals

  • Explore the roots of mistrust, jealousy, or disconnection between women

  • Reclaim your voice, boundaries, and truth in relationships

  • Remember the medicine of healthy, empowered feminine connection

  • Rebuild your capacity for trust, intimacy, and emotional safety in sisterhood

You will leave this retreat not only with a softened heart and a clearer understanding of your relationship wounds—but with a deepened capacity to call in and cultivate aligned sisterhood moving forward.

This is a weekend of remembrance, repair, and reclamation.

You are worthy of connection that honors you.

You are worthy of being seen, held, and loved as you are.

Come as you are. Leave as who you were always meant to be—in deep communion with yourself and the sisters who walk beside you.

What is the sister wound?

The sisterhood wound is the pain, mistrust, and disconnection many women carry in their relationships with other women. It’s a wound born from generations of competition, betrayal, comparison, abandonment, and silencing—passed down through lineage, culture, and personal experience.

“For centuries, women have been taught—either overtly or subtly—to see one another as rivals rather than allies.”

Have you ever felt:

  • Betrayed or rejected by a close female friend

  • Like the “outsider” in female spaces or groups

  • Uncomfortable being seen, celebrated, or emotionally vulnerable with women

  • Afraid of being judged, gossiped about, or not chosen

  • That your success, beauty, or power is threatening to others—or theirs to you

  • That female friendships feel draining, unsafe, or filled with unsaid tension

Healing this wound means restoring your capacity to trust, open, and receive connection again—from a place of wholeness, integrity, and heart.
