I created this retreat for every woman who had to raise herself. For the daughters of daughters who didn’t get to rest. For the women who feel too much, hold too much, and are ready to return to the earth inside of them.

FAQs
What is included in this retreat?
This is an all-inclusive retreat. Accommodations, all meals, transportation to and from the airport and for all excursions, excursions, morning yoga (4 mornings), morning meditations, all programming and rest, retreat and integration time.
Will there be alcohol or other substances ?
There will be no alcohol or psychedelics provided at this retreat. You are a responsible adult and can make any decisions that feel right for you during your stay. I will say that keeping a clear channel will help you have a deeper and more profound experience. We will not be indulging as a group especially during sessions.
Is this retreat for me if I’m new to ancestral healing?
Yes. All experience levels are welcome. This space is for remembering—not performing.
What if I have a disability or need support traveling?
We strive to make this retreat accessible. Contact us for specific access needs.
What is NOT included?
Not included in the price of the retreat: your flights, any accommodations outside of the retreat, for example if you arrived a day early or stay more time in Costa Rica. One dinner at a local restaurant and any additional service such as massage or ice bath is not included.
Will I have access to wifi and cell service?
Selvatica does have wifi available and they recommend a SIM card for better cell service (see link below for Selvatica FAQ’s) I highly recommend that you attempt to unplug as much as possible. We will be creating a sacred energy spiral together and there is nothing like fully energing yourself and entering kairos time to accelerate and deepen the profiund healing experinec.
Is it safe to travel to Costa Rica?
Yes. We’ll provide detailed safety, travel, and arrival support after booking.
What’s your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans and credit transfer options available if needed. 50% refund of what has been paid 3 months before retreat no refunds after that time period.
What kind of food will be provided?
All meals will be prepared by co-owner Cristina who is a certified dietitian and will be served buffet style. All meals will be prepared fresh daily and will be organic and mostly vegan. Two meals will include seafood options. If you have any allergies or sensitivities please let us know.
Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
While travel insurance is optional and you are a being of free will, I am requiring all participants to purchase travel insurance. It protects you and your investment if something should change.
