A Place at the Table
Family Constellations, Sound Healing & the Winter Solstice

You can love your family and still need to heal from the patterns within it.
The holidays have a way of bringing us back into familiar roles.
The peacekeeper. The caretaker. The responsible one. The outsider. The one who holds everything together.
No matter how much we've grown or how much healing we've done, we can find ourselves slipping back into old patterns when we're around family.
And then there are the empty chairs. The people we've lost. The relationships that have changed. The family members who were excluded, forgotten, or never spoken about.
As we approach the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, we're invited to turn toward what has remained in the shadows.
In Family Constellations, we explore the unseen dynamics that influence our relationships, our sense of belonging, and the roles we carry within our family systems.
What if you could honor your family without continuing to carry everything that belongs to them?
During this experiential workshop, we'll explore inherited patterns, unconscious loyalties, unresolved grief, and the ways we may sacrifice parts of ourselves to maintain connection and belonging.
We'll also make space for the gifts of our ancestors: their strength, resilience, wisdom, and love.
Sound healing will be woven throughout the day — before, during, and after the constellation work. Singing bowls, drums, and other instruments will help create opportunities for grounding, reflection, deeper awareness, and integration.
The Winter Solstice reminds us that darkness is not the end of the story. It is part of the cycle of renewal.
And perhaps this season, we can begin to relate to our families, our ancestors, and ourselves in a different way.
Not by changing the past.
Not by fixing everyone else.
But by finding our own place within the family system, with greater awareness, compassion, and freedom.
You belong. And you don't have to abandon yourself to have a place at the table.
No prior experience with Family Constellations or Sound Healing is necessary. You may participate in a constellation, serve as a representative, or witness the work. Every role offers an opportunity for reflection.
